Defrost before cooking.
In a non-stick pan, heat 1 to 2 tbsp. of oil over medium-high heat. Place the tofu slices on top and reserve the sauce for later. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce the heat to medium, add the remaining sauce and coat the slices well. Continue cooking for 1 minute, carefully turning the slices. Serve.
