This small round pepper advantageously replaces the Cherry Bomb hybrid variety. It was selected in 2008 from a Hungarian seed company as part of The Seed Ambassadors project. Each plant produces about thirty fruits 2.5 cm in diameter of a beautiful dark red color when ripe. Their strong flavor, without being extreme, is comparable to that of a cayenne pepper.

  • Because its walls are relatively thick for a hot pepper, it is used for the preparation of hot sauce, salsas or small stuffed peppers. It can also be dried and transformed into strong paprika. Whole fruits can also be prepared in spicy marinades.
