Organic durum wheat semolina, filtered water.
Contains: wheat and triticale.
May contain: soy, peanuts, nuts, mustard, sesame, yeast, eggs, milk. -
Pour de pasta in a pot of boiling water (1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta). Add salt. Stir and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. For best result, bake the pasta and pour directly into a hot sauce. Serve immediately.
This product can freeze raw. -
Bronze drawing
The drawing process is an action aimed at giving a shape to the pasta which obtains, thanks to a bronze mold, a rougher texture to which the sauce adheres more easily.
