  • Water, potato starch, rice flour, tapioca starch, organic white corn flour, xanthan gum, chickpea flour, organic apple cider vinegar, potato flour, salt, sugars (organic cane syrup), yeast.
  • The baguette. Nothing evokes the comfort of home more than the taste of warm bread fresh from the oven. To eat the baguette warm, slice it to the desired thickness and place the slices on a baking sheet. Heat in the oven at 200 ℃ (400 ℉) for 5 minutes and enjoy. Serve soft cheeses and pâtés with crostini instead of crackers. To make crostini, slice baguette into 1 ¼” (0.64 cm) rounds and place on baking sheet. Bake at 180 ℃ (350 ℉) for 10 minutes until lightly toasted. Bon appétit!
