  • Water, potato starch, rice flour, organic white corn flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, chickpea flour, organic apple cider vinegar, sugars (organic cane syrup), potato flour, salt, yeast, enzymes.
  • Aidan's Gluten-Free® English muffins have a light, airy texture and a lovely golden color. To open, insert a fork from the sides around the circumference of the English muffin to separate the two halves. This will create a crumbly surface that will crisp up when the English muffin is toasted. Use them to make eggs Benedict or a breakfast sandwich, or garnish to taste. Compared to Aidan's Gluten-Free® English muffins, regular toast looks pretty ordinary.
