Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata, aerial parts), hops (Humulus lupulus, strobiles), valerian (Valeriana officinalis, roots), catnip (Nepeta cataria, aerial parts). Peach and mango flavors. 2.52 g per tea bag.

Pour 3 cups (750 ml) of boiling water over the sachet and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Remove the sachet and drink the herbal tea. If the infusion is drunk several times, it can be stored in the refrigerator.
