Olive oil from the house of Arkè is a cultural product emblematic of the quality of Italian olive orchards. Coming from noble and varied soils, it is a perfect synthesis of the Sicilian landscapes, their tradition and their microclimate. It is obtained from olives harvested by hand during the long days of the Italian summer, and temporarily placed in open awning to ventilate the fruits, which will contribute to the success of a quality oil. Without any intervention other than time, its uniqueness is the result of a natural decantation of the oil which keeps intact the elegant flavors and the authentic aromas of the olives.

- SICILIAN CULTURE
The ripening period is carried out inside mills where the olives are crushed within 12 hours after being picked, in the purest Sicilian tradition. A cold extraction then makes it possible to exalt the perfumes and the taste qualities of the fruits of the olive tree.
