Apple cider vinegar is ideal for risottos, white fruits, grilled or boiled meats and vegetables, and raw salads. It is particularly suitable for enhancing fruit salad, apple desserts and nut cakes.

ITALIAN TRADITION
The climate of the plains of Emilia Romagna allows the harvest of fruits with the typical characteristics of the orchards of northern Italy, determining the color tone and the accent of sweetness of the vinegar. Thereafter, the maturation of the vinegar takes place in barrels made with fine wood from the region, whether it is chestnut or mulberry.
