Camu camu is the name given in Peru to the globular berries provided by a small tree native to the banks of the Amazon. These fruits give a lot of energy. It is the richest fruit in vitamin C known to date (40 times more than the orange!), the Camu camu contains in addition carotenoids and anthocyanins. Take 1 to 3 level teaspoon (approx. 3 g) per day mixed in food such as yogurt, smoothies or to a glass of water with the sweetener of your choice to make a simple, refreshing beverage.
