Delightfully fresh, our Avril gourmet balsamic vinegar is made from grape must maturing in wine barrels, so that the wood can reveal its intense aromas in a complex and harmonious blend of balsamic flavors.

    - Taste range: 6.5 on a scale of 1 to 10 (acid - sweet), making it a well-balanced vinegar.
    - Perfect in salads, with soft cheese, red meat, fruit and nut mixes
    - Italian tradition: the climate of the Emilia-Romagna plains means that fruit with the typical characteristics of northern Italian orchards is harvested, determining the colour tone and sweetness of the vinegar. The vinegar is then matured in barrels made from fine local wood, either chestnut or mulberry.
    - This balsamic vinegar has an acidity of 6%, comparable to a vinegar aged 10 years, and offers a perfectly balanced and delicate sweet and sour taste.
    - Density: 1.20g/cm3. Density is a quality factor and indicates the concentration of sugar and flavour.
