NaturellementBio brown rice flour is obtained from a dry milling of brown grain rice. It is particularly appreciated for its fineness of its consistency, which brings texture to soups, sauces and even as a breading on fish. Best still, it's a rich source of minerals and carbohydrates, making it a great flour for adding a good dose of energy to recipes.
Brown rice flour is produced from whole grains with a high content of essential nutrients. It thus has a high content of vitamins (B1, B3, B5, B6 and E), minerals (calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron and zinc) and carbohydrates which protect the body and stay in shape.

Unlike white rice flour, it is twice as rich in fiber and contains a greater source of protein because brown rice bran is preserved with all its nutritional properties.
