Rolland Naturellement
The Daughters of Don Quixote Adena | 750 ml
Product Number : 81682
This golden-yellow wine with glints of green is expressive and quite complex to the nose. On the palate, it develops a blend of floral notes, and of subtle tropical fruits and dried fruit. It is rich, tasty and persistent; the final notes are fresh. It can be enjoyed unaccompanied or paired with grilled ginger, cumin or turmeric vegetables and quinoa salad, shellfish, noble fish or Coquille Saint-Jacques. Try it with pears for a creative pairing.

The vast central plains of the Castilla-La Mancha DO (Denominación de Origen) region extend south of Madrid and are now the largest wine region in Spain, with around 450,000 hectares under vine. The La Mancha DO accounts for almost half of all grapes grown and produces half of all wine in Spain. The quality of the wine is much higher than in other Spanish regions. The main grape varieties are Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Chardonnay. Chardonnay is a grape variety renowned for its role in the production of the world's greatest dry white wines - the white Burgundies - and for being one of the main grape varieties in the Champagne region. The Chardonnay grape has fruity aromas and flavors that range from apple—in cooler wine regions—to tropical fruits, especially pineapple, in warmer regions. Chardonnay can also display subtle earthy aromas such as mushroom or mineral. It has medium to high acidity and is generally full-bodied.
