As small as they are, the fact remains that trumpets bring minerals, vitamins D and B, proteins and fiber to the plate. They really have their place in your diet.

The trumpet of death is a very small mushroom, 2 to 8 cm, whose shape is that of a deep funnel. Its blackish flesh is thin and fragile, so it lends itself very well to dehydration. It grows in abundance or isolated at the foot of old beech trees, in limestone soil and on the slopes of old noble deciduous forests. This mushroom grows from July to September, in the same place each year.
