Chanterelle is picked from June to September depending on the region, and especially when the weather is very rainy. The chanterelle grows in groups, so much so that all the more experienced connoisseurs have their own “chanterelle corner”, which they are generally careful not to share! We recognize the chanterelle by its beautiful golden yellow or orange color and its egg-yellow branched folds. This mushroom is funnel-shaped, with large protruding folds of the same color as the cap, very decurrent, under the cap. The edges of the hat are wavy.
