Organic brown rice flour, organic quinoa flour.

Preparation and cooking
Preheat the oven to 375F.
- In a large saucepan, heat 4.5 cups of your favorite sauce (1 litre).
- Spread ¾ cup of sauce in a 10×7-inch baking dish.
- Lay 3 uncooked lasagna noodles side by side on the sauce.
- Pour a layer of sauce to cover the pasta.
- Repeat steps 2 and 3 until you have no pasta left, and finish with a generous layer of sauce on top.
- Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 30 minutes.
- Uncover, garnish with your favorite cheese and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before carving and serving.
