USE
Providing faster cooking, NaturellementBio quinoa seeds are flattened between rollers to obtain flakes that fit into most recipes.

COOKING MODE
Add 1 cup of quinoa flakes in a saucepan. Pour 1 to 1 ½ cup of water and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cover to let stand a few minutes.
In addition to being an excellent source of essential minerals, quinoa contains a high content of proteins, which participate in muscle repair and the renewal of the body's cells, as well as in fiber, which contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system.
