Unlike whole naked oats, these grains are already cleaned, steamed and prepared by a flaker. This makes it an ingredient ready in minutes for your healthy recipes such as mueslis, granolas and more!
1. In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of water and bring to a boil.
2. Add ½ cup of NaturellementBio organic oatmeal.
3. Simmer over low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until desired consistency is obtained.

Oats are undoubtedly one of the most popular cereals, thanks to its versatility and nutritional values.
