USES
NaturellementBio couscous is a cooking alternative to pasta and rice, in addition to being interesting to serve as an accompaniment (vegetables, fish, meat, etc.) or as a salad, and more. Take a look at our couscous salad with nuts and dried fruits recipe.
PREPARATION
Pour 1 cup of organic couscous in a bowl. Add 1 cup of boiling water and stir. Cover and let swell for 5 minutes. Add a tablespoon of butter or olive oil (optional). Aerate with a fork. -
Made from durum wheat semolina, our couscous contains a high content of fiber and iron. It provides long-term energy thanks to a supply of slow sugars, contained in wheat starch, and it is a supporting food due to a source rich in carbohydrates and proteins.
