Spicy carrot hummus
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of harissa paste
1 370 ml jar of chickpeas
Spices (see recipe)
Steps
In a non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the carrots and sauté for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic. Sauté for one minute.
Add the spices and a pinch of salt.
